Over the weekend my mom and I volunteered at the ALS Superhero 5k/10k Dash in Saint Paul. We helped set up and then were on t-shirt duty. The ALS Association MN/ND/SD Chapter is important to my family, so we like to do all we can for them. I even do their social media!
