It seemed like you guys enjoyed the last roundup of my favorite beauty products I did so I thought I'd share some more recent gems! Beauty products are still something that I'm recently getting into and I would say within the beauty world I still tend to skew towards skin and hair products over makeup. So that's what we've got here today!
First up is this Dove Shower Foam, which full disclosure I was gifted but I'm only featuring this product here because I actually love it! I don't know why more shower foams don't already exist. It takes out the gross step of having to use something like a loofah or washcloth to lather your body wash. Can we all just agree that using those are a little bit gross because #mold. So I've been very happy with this product so far and will definitely be repurchasing!
I think I've mentioned that I wanted to step up my skincare game before the wedding so I got my first facial a couple months ago and when I asked the esthetician what products she recommended she said that Vitamin C is especially good for your skin. So I went on a hunt and found Kiehl's Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Eye-Brightening Concentrate. There's Vitamin C in this little bottle which works to keep your skin tight. It also tingles a little when you put it on which I personally love. I'm trying to take extra good care of my skin while I'm young in the hopes that I'll look much younger than I am 20 years from now ;)
I also got this Kiehl's Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Eye Cream because the skin around your eyes is so delicate and needs special attention. This one feels so luxurious and moisturizing when you put it on. It's definitely a staple in my bedtime routine now!
I totally forgot to include my T3 Whirl Trio Curling Wand in the last roundup I did even though I've had it since Christmas. It really is worth the hype and money, you guys. Although they do go on sale so watch out for those! I feel like it treats my hair so much better than my normal curling iron. It also heats up faster and now only takes me about 12 minutes (yes I've timed it) to curl my entire head as opposed to around 25 minutes previously. I love that it comes with interchangeable barrels too so you can switch up your curl texture. 100% recommend!
Lastly we've got Tresemmé's Keratin Smooth Shine Serum, which again I was gifted but not required to post about. All opinions are my own! Anyway, this has been a godsend for flyaways. It's the perfect finishing touch after I'm done curling my hair but before I put on hairspray. I put some on both hands and run it through my curls and then pat the top of my head to tame the flyaways. It definitely creates a sleeker look and I'll be buying after I run out!
Let me know if there's anything you've tried recently and would recommend! Have a fab weekend everyone!
