I've never owned a sweater dress but for whatever reason really wanted to find a good one this year. I love the idea because they're dressier than jeans but still pretty casual. My family is quite casual for the holidays but I still like to be a little dressed up. Enter the sweater dress. I was v. excited when I found this gorgeous eggplant-hued one with fun sleeves!
Blouson sleeved sweater dress. Similar black booties. Similar black cross body bag. Faux leather jacket. Aviator sunglasses. Similar tassel necklace.
This weekend was abnormally busy for us. Typically we just hangout at home but I did a bunch of Black Friday returns on Saturday and then we saw Lady Bird. To be honest we liked it but didn't love it. There was so much hype around it that we felt a little left down. Still worth seeing though! Then I watched four episodes of The Crown on Saturday night (who else is watching?!). Yesterday we tried a new Indian food restaurant and then went to watch the Wild play the Sharks. We're not huge hockey fans but if a Minnesota team is in town we like to try and go watch. It was fun to do something a little different. I know this probably sounds like a normal weekend to a lot of you but we're such homebodies that this was a big weekend for us 😂
